HOW TO APPLY EYE MAKEUP
Every girl uses makeup almost every day in their life or at least on special occasion to look confident and beautiful. Makeup has many parts and eye makeup is one of them or we can say it is quite important one. Eyes our one of the first thing people notices in a girl and if you have beautiful eyes with correct makeup it will enhance your overall impression.
Eye makeup aims to make eyes look noticeable and attractive. It is quite popular among stage performers as it helps them in there shows by captivating the audience. Eye makeup is something which takes makeup to next level. It adds the finishing touch and ties all the elements together, including foundation, blush, contouring, and lip color. It is done according to eye shapes. Bad eye makeup or neglecting it can result in incomplete overall look or less impactful.
Eye shadow is one of the many types of makeup done above the eyes to make them look more attractive. It is done according to eye shape. Today there are many color of eye shadow, you name the color and the shade will be in your hand. Girls like to match the shade with their dresses nowadays which leads to quit number of different shade palate in their vanity with difference of them being glitter or matte. There are many different shade palate like nude colors, glitters, dark shades etc.

There are few easy steps:
Step 1
Tools are the most important for the makeup. We will take brushes, eye shadow palette, primer, mascara and eyeliner. A flat, dense brush is for pigmented color onto the lid. A flat and sharp brush is for exact application. Palette can be of your choice which includes one shimmer at least. Eyeliner can also be of same color as your eye shadow or color which goes with the same.
Step 2
Washing & moisturizing face is very important it helps in your makeup as it creates clean & quality base to start, it helps make skin clean and remove dirt, oil & dead skin which enhances longevity of your makeup. It makes most from our makeup, creating smooth canvas which helps doing smooth work. Proper moisturization ensures makeup doesn’t look cakey as you must have seen that after some time your makeup looks like it is breaking or you have put excess amount which makes you look really bad.
Step 3
Next is using eye shadow primer which helps eye shadow stay & look more pigmented. It also make shimmer eye shadow illuminate more which helps it to last all day. If you are using matte eye shadow it will make it pop and noticeable and make your eyes look elegant. The main point is it helps achieving smooth application which makes your work easy. Using primer improves skin texture and makeup also goes smoother & last longer. It keeps eye shadow in and makes your skin even.
Step 4
Building base is very important as it helps in smooth makeup. First we will use a light liquid concealer it gives a smooth base for eye shadow and gives eye shadow pigments better on lids. It also helps dilute dark circles and lighten and brighten the area.
Step 5
Next we will be applying eye shadow for which we will select nude shade for base. Swipe eye shadow brush across pan make sure to tap off excess product than swipe your tool & blend well, blending is very important. Next apply darker shade between brow bone & eyelid and from inner eyelid to mid eyelid apply lighter shade than blend well with dark shade. To make it more glamorous apply bright or shimmery shade on inner corners.
Step 6
Next is highlighter which is very useful, it is quite important as it gives the makeup a boost and enhances our overall face. We will apply highlighter underneath brow bone & inner eye which will reflect lights to brighten features, enhance our skin tone, lift bone structure, give skin radiant looking finish, draws attention to features and creates perception of depth . We can also use primer as a highlighter.
Step 7
Eyeliner is of different color and can be found in pencil or brush. It adds definition to eyes. It can be applied at upper lash/ below lower lash & water lines. It is used to make various aesthetic effects. Eyeliner is also great for precise detailing which helps many performers. For those who have small eyes it makes eyes appear larger & more attractive.
Step 8
There are many girls who have beautiful eyes but thin eyelashes, mascara helps those as it makes eyelash look darker & longer and also gives them curly & thick lashes with good length/ volume & definition. Mascara is something which helps finish your look.
Eye makeup is very popular nowadays which resulted in more products and more ways to apply makeup. You can see many actors and actress like to have heavy makeup with light face just to make sure people focus more on their eyes. Doing eye makeup can be tricky as for people with tiny eyes it is important that they do makeup to highlight their eyes and for big eyes it is recommended settle makeup as to not overdo.
